Channel agents

See what each agent actually writes.

Six channels, six dedicated agents. Tap any tab — the panel below swaps to a real draft in the native chrome you'd see on the channel itself.

POSTS THATDON'T BOMB.

Story-shaped drafts calibrated to r/SaaS, r/IndieHackers, r/Entrepreneur. Lead with a number, anti-pattern, or counter-intuitive learning — never a pitch. The forbidden-word filter blocks the phrases that get you downvoted before you ever post.

How we got our first 50 customers without spending a dollar on ads

Most founders treat product launches like a megaphone. I tried the opposite — 30 days of replying to existing threads in r/SaaS, never pitching, never linking. By week three, three people DM'd asking what I was working on. By week four, I had 50 paying users. Here's exactly what I posted and why…

How the workflow runs

Four steps. One scan.

Paste a URL. We scan, extract your voice, write the drafts, queue them for approval. You publish — never us.

01 · Scan

Crawl your homepage and key pages in 60 seconds.

We pull positioning, ICP signals, competitor mentions, brand voice — everything an agent needs before it writes a word.

→ crawling stripe.com✓ pages parsed (8)✓ voice extracted (calm · precise)✓ competitors found (4)→ handing off to agents…
02 · Voice

Your brand voice, extracted as a usable prompt.

Not a vibes guess. A structured voice profile our agents read before they write. Override any line in the editor — your voice, your call.

"We sound like a calm engineer who's seen things. Specific over loud. Numbers over adjectives. No exclamation marks."

03 · Draft

Six channel-specific agents draft in parallel.

Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Hacker News, Blog, SEO. Each one writes for its channel's culture — never a generic AI writing in six voices.

04 · Approve

Drafts queue. You approve. You publish.

BrandMind never posts to your channels. Every draft goes through your approval queue — green-lit drafts are yours to copy and ship on your schedule.

Founders voices

What founders say after a scan.

We were burning $4k a month on a content agency that wrote like a press release. BrandMind drafts read like our founder actually wrote them — and they cite real growth tactics. Cancelled the agency on day nine.

Frequently asked

Everything else, answered.

Eight questions our customers asked before signing up — the answers we wished competitor sites had been honest about.

How long does a scan take?

Around 60 seconds, end to end. We crawl up to 8 pages on your domain, extract your positioning, voice, competitors, and ICP signals, then hand off to the six channel agents. Most scans complete and have their first drafts queued within 90 seconds total.

Do you publish posts on my behalf?

No. BrandMind never posts to any of your channels. Every draft lands in your approval queue for review. You copy the green-lit drafts and publish them on your own schedule from your own accounts. This is a deliberate choice — agents that auto-post get founders banned from communities.

Which channels do the agents draft for?

Six channels: Reddit (story-shaped posts for niche subreddits), X (1/N threads), LinkedIn (180–280 word posts), Hacker News (Show HN / Ask HN), Blog (1.2k–1.8k word long-form), and SEO (concrete on-page fixes with the literal HTML to ship). Each agent is tuned to its channel's culture, not a generic AI writing in six voices.

What does a draft actually cost?

Average draft is ~$0.40 in LLM costs thanks to a prompt-cached pipeline that reuses your voice profile across every agent. Hard caps live in your billing settings — go over and the API returns a clean 402, never a surprise bill. Your monthly $88 plan includes credits for ~200 drafts.

How does the trial work?

Seven days, full access. We run a $1 mandate-setup charge on day one so payment is verified, then nothing until day 8 when the subscription auto-renews at $88/mo. Cancel any time from billing settings — cancelling before day 8 means you're never charged the subscription rate.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancellation takes one click from the billing page. We don't ask why. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period, then the account goes read-only — your data stays available for export for 90 days after.

How is my data handled?

Your scan results, drafts, and approval history live in our own PostgreSQL database on a server we manage in Germany (EU), isolated per tenant by Postgres row-level security. We never train on your data. We never share it. Delete your account and it is purged immediately — not queued for a 30-day window. GDPR + Dutch privacy law compliant; the full sub-processor list is on our privacy page.

What if a draft sounds nothing like our brand?

Open the voice editor and rewrite any line of the extracted voice profile. The agents read the updated profile on the next draft cycle. You can also leave per-draft feedback ("too formal," "more specific," "drop the metaphor") and the agent revises the next round to match.
